*Early bird registration benefits are available only to choirs that register under Package A (Full Board) and completed the 1st deposit transfer within the registration period (Korean Standard Time).

Cancellation & Refund Policy *KST(Korean Standard Time)

70% refund, if choir cancels before 24:00 of November 30th, 2026

50% refund, if choir cancels before 24:00 of December 31st, 2026

Refund is not available from January 1st, 2027

-All refunds will be processed after the festival has concluded.

-In all cases, all bank transfer fees (=remittance fees) are the responsibility of the participating choir or participant.

-The choir registration fee is non-refundable, and in the event of a refund, it will be calculated based on the regular choir registration fee rather than any discounted

rate received from the early bird registrations.

Registration Process

Submit the online application

Registration confirmation, payment guidelines with the choir invoice will be sent via email.

Complete the 1st deposit payment (20% of Total Payment) within the registration period.
(Payment confirmation will be sent via email.)

4

Complete all the competition information (Online form will be sent via email) and the final payment before the end of November 2026.
